Saturday Walleye Weekend Fun?

Walleye Weekend '08 - Mom came over early and picked my ass up to do the 3-mile walk! It was great! My time was 46:48 - a time that can only be improved upon - I really kicked it into gear and passed about 3 people at the end (there might be an asterisk after my time in the paper because I might have passed when I wasn't supposed to??). I neglected to bring my camera to the race, but I do need to make mention of the fact that Erin also walked with us and Dad ran the 5-mile race in about 37 minutes. Thanks for making my lazy ass do this, Mom!
The other major event we attended at Walleye Weekend was the b-ball tourney that Matt was involved in with Schaefs, Toby, and Bradley. It was quite the exciting time!
It was quite evident by this pic below that Bradley really needed to get out of the house and into some fresh air and hot sun this weekend.

Kelley saved the day for several of us by providing much needed sunscreen on the 86 degree hot day.
Curty didn't play with our boys, but his team also did very well.
Overall it was a successful tournament! The boys went 2-0 but all games were rained out on Sunday. So we'll never know what could have happened. What I DO know is that Matt and I were some sore, burned fools when we finally got home that day!
